A service voucher is a one-time usable discount that can be applied to any of our service charges. One of our aims with these vouchers are to help our clients with the cost of living by helping to make our services even more affordable for those who need them.
These vouchers serve as credits that can be redeemed for our full scope of services, ranging from routine maintenance checks to emergency repairs. Whether you’re a residential or commercial customer, these vouchers are our way of ensuring your satisfaction long after the project’s completion.
When are Service Vouchers Awarded?
At BEELEC, we believe in recognizing and rewarding our loyal customers for their continued trust and support. Service vouchers are awarded under various circumstances, each aimed at expressing our gratitude and fostering long-term partnerships. Here are some instances when you can expect to receive service vouchers:
Completion of Projects: Upon the successful completion of a project, whether it’s a residential installation or a commercial electrical contract, we express our appreciation by presenting service vouchers to our clients. This gesture signifies our commitment to ongoing support and assistance beyond the initial scope of work.
Referrals: We greatly value the trust you place in us when you refer our services to your friends, family, or associates. As a token of gratitude for your referrals, we may award service vouchers to both you and the new client you’ve referred. It’s our way of saying thank you for spreading the good word about BEELEC.
Special Promotions and Events: Periodically, we run special promotions or participate in community events where we offer service vouchers as incentives or rewards. Whether it’s a seasonal promotion, a charity event, or a customer appreciation day, keep an eye out for these opportunities to earn service vouchers and enjoy additional benefits from our company.

Voucher Terms and Conditions
(1) Discount only applicable to service charges, otherwise known as labour charges.
(2) Parts will still be charged as standard.
(3) Voucher only redeemable when the required minimum service charge has been met. As outlined in (4).
(4) Vouchers are only applicable for a maximum of 20% of the invoiced service charge.
(4a) Only one voucher redeemable per invoice.
(5) We may choose to waive the requirements set out in (3) and (4) on a case-by-case basis.
(6) Beesley Electrical Services reserves the right to invalidate any voucher if we believe it to be tampered with or modified in any way.
(7) Issued vouchers will only be redeemable once.
(8) Issued vouchers are valid for 1 year or 365 days from the date of issue.
(9) Beesley Electrical Services reserves the right to invalidate any voucher, at any time if we believe there is a justified reason to do so.
(9a) You may request to receive our justification for invalidating a voucher in writing.
(10) Vouchers can not be applied to estimates. You may need to make our team aware in advance if you have a voucher you would like to redeem.
(11) Vouchers can only be applied to invoices, if upon creation of the invoice you have not met the minimum requirements set out in (3) and (4) you may not be eligible to redeem your voucher for the invoiced services.
(11a) The full cost of the invoice will remain legally binding and payable if a voucher is unable to meet these terms and conditions as outlined here.
(12) You will need to produce your voucher, either in physical or digital form, unaltered as outlined in (6) in order for your voucher to be redeemed.
(12a) The voucher(s) must be produced upon receipt of a valid estimate or within 2 days of receipt of an invoice. After these periods it will no longer be valid to apply your voucher to the invoiced amount.
(13) The voucher QR code must not be altered or tampered with in anyway for your voucher to remain valid. This must be produced as outlined in (12) for redemption.
(14) We will accept screenshots, and pictures of the QR code from the voucher, as long as it meets the requirements of (13) and is successfully scannable.
(15) We can not accept vouchers where the QR code is not able to be scanned, or has become damaged beyond usability.
